Shipping
All goods are shipped from our production centers and warehouse in India within 2 working days. Normally, goods are shipped from Jaipur, New Delhi, and Mumbai. For sending goods outside India, we typically use UPS, DHL, and FedEx as our logistics partners.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or find any defect, we will replace the product free of cost or issue a refund depending on the case. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to us. We cannot be held liable for goods that do not reach us.
